It is my impression that the 1000 isn't as 'sturdy' and 'solid' as my 2000Xl just by looking at it..the jog wheel kinda looks brittle..just my impression ..would like to discuss :)

I honestly felt as though when I operated the jog wheel on the 1k I was going to break it.

Now this I agree with. My 2500 works perfectly, but that jog wheel feels CHEAP!

175 for mine, and shipping to anywhere outside the US is a good amount. PM me an address and I will send you a shipping label.

Well,a moment of crazyness.ha ha.Anyways-Save up and get the 4000.Its the most proffessional model.Ive used the 2k a lot and its great.BUT-Its kind of muddy sounding without much definition. And limited everything. But if you just wanna knock out blunt beats all day,its good.Great workhorse.Just get the 4k and dedicate you life to it....

That says a lot. Look at what folks said about it when it first came out, but that's not the case anymore since there's something that has been throned the wackest of all mpc's since then.
