Card Reader is not working?!? no directly connection to the

Bought a MPC 500 (Again) a week ago.
My Problem is, there is nothing working!

so when it is connected via usb, the screen on the mpc shows connected...and also
my pc founds the connection, but i cant open the data (no chance to open the cf-card)
so i try it with an cardreader, everything fine, it shows me the cf card, i cant put wave's in and out. But after i plug in it to the mpc, i cant load anything
i try to load the new os, same procedure with the cardreader
after putting in the card in my mpc i hear a high pitched sound and its frezzing completly.
I Thought maybe the card was not working so a buy a new one...same problem...

Did you format the CF card to the MPC?

Are the samples your using the correct format (16, 44)?

all of my samples have the 16, 44 format

but today i saw where my problem is
looked inside the cardreader slot, one pine is broken!
so he cant read de cf cards
now what can i do now?

if the pin is just bent , break it out very carefully and make sure no other pins are touching and that might fix the problem.same thing happened with me , though mine had a ridiculous crashing problem , but once i removed the pin it worked fine.
