Reviews and questions about the entry-level MPC500

Just spent a solid 3 hours making programs of kicks, snares, hats, and percussion and thought everything was golden. Then after I turned off my mpc and went to the programs to load them, I got an "UNKNOWN FILE TYPE" error for each one. Extremely frustrated, I remade them and took about another hour programming everything just to save them and find the same damn error the next time i try to access them. I've looked online and in the manual and still have not gotten any information to solve this problem, so to the administrator guy who keeps locking my posts and telling me to read the manual, I did, and need help so please do not lock this.

All the files are saved as .wav files so I dont see why there is a problem and I usually am fine creating programs like this.

I am beyond frustrated can anyone help?

you create your program in the mpc?
your sound are 16 bits 44.1khz?
your name are not too long?
don't worry if this is a real problem they will not lock down your post
