absolutely nothing wrong with slow tempo beats!! IF they sound good lol

i got one i did last night, i don't know what you would call it, it's mellow but the drums are a lil fast, it's nice to me, i like it

But i do like that synth or whatever it was in the beginning. the kick can stand to be a bit thicker or thump a bit more but im not too familiar with this genre of music. i like the sounds in it. not craaazzzyy bout the drums but its an aight beat for the style music your into

for slow ones.....i like to detune the sample low.....and spread the sample longer. So actually you can have a shorter loop.....like 1 bar instead of 2.
then make a 2 bar bassline to it...and use 16th on the hihats for that faster drum feel.
