Should you ever have any kind of encounter of this sort in a record store--relax:

Put your mean-face on and spit at him within the first few moments of dialogue. (Make sure you rock some tough shades...)

Try telling him that you only speak Spanish--but say it in English.

That should let him know right away - that you mean business.

Seriously though, if you have no clue what your records should be selling for, go buy a book and educate yourself before trying to make any kind of deal with the dude behind the counter. You may want to just try the internet first.
