no one? :(
Let me put it this way then; has anyone any experience with old (70's?) mixers??

Cos I'm havin trouble understanding what one particular feature is good for.
Most of it is real easy and self explaining, but AUX seems to have been sumthn diffrent back then :?

Take a fairly hi-res picture of the face plate and the back connections, I'll take a look at it and see what I can figure out.

Why'd you buy this mixer if you don't know anything about it? Super deal?

Yeah it was a bargain allright. 8)
I was looking for a 10 track mixer for my MPCs 10 outs, when I found this old (70's?) analog beauty on ebay (10 channels, 3 band EQ per channel, built in echo and a 7 band master EQ), so I coped it.
It had no manual with it or nuthn, but I didn't care because usually mixers ain't that hard to use. It's all self explaining. I'm working with it allready. It's really just the AUX channels that I don't get..

It's got these two AUX cahannels with an IN and an OUT each.

Now normally u have a dedicated aux knob per aux and track don't ya? The Inkel doesn't.. Just a level fader and a pan knob per AUX channel
I tried using my little FX toy( a behringer miniFX), but nuthn happend. It's not due to the FX tool, since that works perfectly with my behringer mixer.
My guess is that the AUX channels are for tapedecks or sumthn? :?:

unfortunatley I don't have a cam at the moment. but I'll try to get one and post a couple pics.

built in phono preamps? nice!

those pictures are pretty hard to read for sure.

auxes look normal from the back, but yea i want to see the front to get an idea.

good score.

nice score.

well, true there is no aux send, so maybe they are just two other channels...i think you are right probably for a 2tr tape deck.

experiment with it, try turning up volumes and see what comes out of the auxes. im curious now.

could they be tied to the echo?

they might be tied to the 'talk' channel...seems strange they are just 'there', but since there is no level out i guess best guess is they are for recording out.
