MPC 1000 problem - Converting a Song to Sequence...

I've combined the 2 Sequences in the order I want using Song Mode, and plays fine in Song mode...

When I Convert the Song to a Sequence, it plays back really weird...The first Sequence plays fine, but then the second

Sequence is playing back w/ the samples out of order and not originally how I saved/recorded the Sequence from Song Mode...

Anyone with this issue?

Forget to mention I'm running the purchased version JJ OS2XL 2.15

You need to be sure that each program is dedicated to a specific track for all the sequences used in a song. Here is an example:

Sequence 1:
Track1 -> PGM1
Track2 -> PGM1
Track3 -> PGM2
Track4 -> PGM3

All the other sequences need the same layout
Track1 -> PGM1
Track2 -> PGM1
Track3 -> PGM2
Track4 -> PGM3

Organize your track like this and try again.
By the way, you should try the JJOS (at least the free version http://www7a.biglobe.ne.jp/~mpc1000)
