MPD24 Latency / Delay

Hello - i hope this forum can help !

just picked up an mpd24 - there is a fraction of a delay between hitting a pad and the sound coming through, which makes it hard making a beat, especially with the metronome turn on

im using ableton live 8, on windows 7, quad core processor, tascam us122 sound card

sounds like bus latency issues

If all devices on the PCI bus have high settings they may each have to wait longer before they get a chance to transfer data over the PCI buss, but once they get hold of it they can hang on to it for longer this may cause problems with some devices as they have to wait for the bus

i have fixed the issue ! it was my sound cards latenct settings, set it to lowest latency and boom it works !
