Wish I had that much studio space to work with.

Any flood damage to your gear?

No water damage...i don't keep much on the floor....A few cords got wet... and a bunch of my record sleeve's look like Archie comics that got dropped in the toilet tho ...LoL ..

As for space, its not a very big room...although its shaped in a nice way and has the dropped ceiling above my workstation that almost works as a sound barrier...I'm gonna be sad to leave this place as I've been there for 4+ years...i know how the room sounds and all.....but new space is always inspiring and can be redecorated....so I guess I'll see what i can find....

It's like a whole new world inside where you can get lost for hours and hours...
