help with my set up please

wassup yall. What is the best way to set up the follwing equipment?
(keep in mind I sample often from my imac (youtube, i tunes, etc)

Imac running logic 9 Snowleopard
CME uf6 midi keyboard
mpc2000xl
turntable
mbox2
i also have an shs 802 8 channel powered mixer
and of course monitors (krk rokit 5's)

I currently have my keyboard and logic working together using the usb cord.
the mpc goes to the mixer then to the mbox which is hooked up via usb as well. I dont have any midi in my set up, meaning using midi cables.

i want to use midi so that i can use the pads to bang out logic sounds. I also want to play the keyboard into the mpc for easier sequincing as well. How would you guys set up if you had my equipment.

Damn its kinda hard to explain, you have to locate the thread that explains how to hook up your MPC 2000XL to Logic, youre going to want to Sync via Midi Time Code I believe if Im not mistaken, then youre going to want to midi up the keyboard to access the Logic sounds, I could help you if you had Pro Tools, Im a Pro Tools user.

To play MPC sounds with the keyboard, you need to Have MIDI OUT from the keys to MIDI IN of the MPC. The MPC has 2 ports, MIDI IN 1&2. That's literally all you have to do, plug it in and BOOM, keys work. Idk if your keyboard has MIDI or if it's just a usb controller, but you can get midi to usb converters, I use one for MIDI TO USB but not USB TO MIDI, idk if it works the same, but i'd think you could find one.

You will also Have to have MIDI OUT A or MIDI OUT B of the MPC, plugged into your interface's MIDI IN.

To SEND MIDI data OUT of the MPC, you just need to go down to the PGM selection box on the main screen, and roll to the left from DRUM 1 until it says MIDI. Then the box to the right needs to be rolled to the right to select "1A" This is channel ONE, MIDI OUT PORT A. Should look like:

S:MIDI : 1A-Device01

And that should do it. Syncing up with logic, using MIDI Time Code or MIDI Clock isn't necessary unless you want logic's transport playback to control the MPC or vice versa. This involves setting either Logic or the MPC to transmit time code to lock up the two devices. I have had logic control the MPC for tracking out songs, and I had problems with the MIDI TIME CODE for some reason. You have to have the Frame Rate the same for both mediums. I was having issues with playback in SONG MODE for some reason so I had logic broadcast MIDI Clock with song position pointer and I was able to alleviate the issue. This is all done in Logic's Preferences.
