Hi,
Im working live with a mpc4000 and 2 electrix repeater loopers.
There are 2 things with the 4000 that make me think of the 5000...
1. If i make a mistake with the 4000 while in a loop i cannot undo unless i stop the sequencer.
The 5000 should be able to undo without stopping.....true?
If so, how does this work??...
-When i record lets say a kick for four bars, go out of recording but let the sequencer play.
Can i undo the recorded kick?
-When i record the kick, and then the snare on another track in two passes without stopping the sequencer...
Do i delete the kick and the snare together with the undo?
-When i record the kick, and then the snare on another track in two passes, going out of overdub rec in between the kick and the snare...
Do i delete the kick and the snare together with the undo? or just the snare?
2. Does the hard disk recording loop together with the sequencer?
How is the sync after 5 minutes?
thanx,
Nathan
