Try the rear ports on your PC as they are normally USB 2, i had a problem using the front USB ports on mine.
Also, re-instal the drivers with your MPC disconnected, then connect when prompted.
If it's really urgent to get the files over to your PC, you could add them using a USB data stick.

Would help if you described the problem in detail, what messages come up etc?

Do you have the latest drivers?

First of all, I can tell english isn't one of your main languages. But if you have version 2.0 of the usb drivers and ak.sys 2.53, you should be able to make this work.

Unless there's something that we don't know about such as you've wiggled or jammed the hell out of the usb connections or something. :?

Anyway, follow what morebucks suggested and you should be good.

^^^ You may need to upgrade/downgrade your computers' motherboard drivers.

It's really hard to figure out what problem you're experiencing because you have the best seat in the house & everybody else is just doing this guessing game thing.
