jj os 3.10 installation issue MPC 2500

I've downloaded and copied 3.10 to my pc and to my CF card as instructed by to website (linked in many of jj os topics on mpc-forum). the problem I'm faced with now is, after i installed 3.10 and robooted my MP the only thing displayed on the screen is " MPC 2500 128mb installed"... Im beyond frustrated with this and seriously need a solution. If anybody has a clue on what to do please let me know....P.S I've held the window button and loaded that way as well and still nothing.....I'd hate to just can my MP and grip NI Machine<--------looking to be the only answer!! HELP HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
