Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

I can't be sure about the floppy because it cames unplugg with the mpc when i bought it
So maybe the best i can is buy another floppy driver to verify??
In this case - i will wait for your advices

Could be the jumper settings.
I'll try and photograph the correct settings a bit later tonight (assuming what you have is an original mpc2000xl floppy drive).
If they have been changed it could stop it working properly.

hey all, I'm having the same issue. I have checked the same cables and jumper settings to make sure that they are all pushed in and the jumper settings on the original floppy drive are correct...I am getting a no floppy device detected error message and a constant beep.....help please??
