That's a real nice photo Discourse, so emotive in black & white.
You got a colour shot so we can see the mods you've done?
I can see three MPC's there, are their outputs all patched in at once, you using an audio patchbay or do you just connect whichever outputs you need?
I have three MPC's and am considering options for using them without repatching audio cables.

Nice pic, lol at grandma's shopping trolley though on the wall heheh
+1 For the Bass Station keyboard, love that cheap little mono synth to bits
I got two MPC's at the moment as I'm borrowing my friends MPC-60 with the 3.10 OS, really loving it and a nice change from using my 2000XL all the time. I would love to keep his 60...something very charming about using the 60, can't put my finger on it

I havet got them in a patch bay at the moment, i used to rock a patch bay but i found it was adding noise to my mix, was a cheap joint, im just patching em in as i need em...
the 3rd you can see is a 2k Classic with a busted encoder so values only cycle down, its more a spare parts machine, i do have a chromed out 2000 that isnt in that shot but i didnt post it in this thread being that it aint a 60/3000
these machines look much better in B&W cos they are both very pre loved, prior to me getting em

Haven't posted any good pics yet.. just started out production and collecting gear last year in the fall.
My cave for the mean time in my parents garage in SoCal; temporarily until I move back to NYC. Mostly "best bang for the buck" cheap gear, racks and fx. The only thing over $1k is the 909.

A decent place for drinks, shots, coffee-shots and cigarettes

Looking good in there.
I see you got those Ikea shelves (Broder) that are now hard to find with the angled shelves.
Looks like you have enough gear to last a while as you learn the art...

Thanks... yeah, I have enough gear to keep me satisfied for a while and until I get better...I am actually trying to sell the Yamaha CS-10..i use it for bass duties, but my other Polys are honestly good enough for bass if not better. Though I still really want an 808 to keep my 909 company
