Sequence Mixup

when i start a sequence, while im putting in my drums when i finish the sequence when i play the sequence back the machine play my drums a different way and I just got my 5000 upgraded

I suppose you refer to the timing of the sequence. Have you applied any input quantize setting to the recording? Is there any swing applied?
