Hey folks. As of today my power supply is fried, the strange thing is that it had been sitting for two days. I'm just looking for somebody to help me troubleshoot because this is devastating. Nothing happened to it, no surges or anything. I had it packed up and it just wouldn't turn on after. If anybody had any tips on how to narrow down the source of the problem I would be unbelievably grateful. Thanks

unplug it
open up your mpc
look for the part near where the power cord plugs in.
bend back the black plastic covering.
look for a white cylinder held in between two clips. this is your fuse.
is there black on the white cylinder? if yes, you fuse has blown.
fuses are extremely cheap off the internet. make sure you get the same model and order one up.
replace your fuse
turn on MPC.

did you confirm that the fuse was blown? it'll look like someone took a black permanent marker to it.
