mpc 5000 decay qlink slider issues

mpc 5000 decay fucntion not workin properly or at all am i doing somthin wrong someone please help all other qlink fuctions work perfectly fine very familiar the mpc series had a 2000 2500 now a 5000 so i think i know how to use theese machines now please help thanks

What you got is a fatal bug and have it serviced because if it says 5000 on it then its a bootlegged gyp. Mines a MPC500.

.. It's not a fatal Bug. It's not a bootlegged gyp. you may know how to use them but , read the manual.. walk through the steps on "using the decay function" and tell me if it still acts up. The only problem with the 5k (I have 4 at the studio) is there are to many user changable controlls. the more controll we have , the easyer it is to mess something up. The 500 is def the special ed MPC , just right for small thinkers who need to have it almost all setup for them easy button pushing now ----> EASY

read the manual called akai tech support they were even stumped
