J Dilla - Beat Tape 1, track 3 (The Marvelettes - You're the one for me Bobby) he did an amazing job with this soul, soft @$$ love song and flipped it into a hard beat boppin track!

J Dilla - Old Donuts "Say It Big" I dont know the sample for this as I am STILL searching for it. This is probably my favorite JD beat...ever. Which is to say that I'm not excluding any other beats or bad mouthing them..the beat is just too good.

Madlib - The Mystery (Dilla's Still Here) - (Fruupp's Masquerading With Dawn) - this is a great beat (def a good smokin' track )

yes, 4 small chops out of a not even 4 second sample and complete different vibe. Great flip. I "rebuild" the chops a few years ago to see how premier did it.
