Need a new download link for Stan Steez's manual

The link is down on his site, I saw the online version once, but Google won't get me back to it again. I really just need someone to upload the manual to mediafire or something like that. I'm just trying to figure out how to do the most basic stuff in grid edit and none of the buttons make sense.
