Does JJ OS work on MPC2500 SE? - need quick answer!

Hi!

NB: Tried searching, but couldn't find good enough answers.

I'm 1 hour away from buying an MPC2500 SE (sometimes refered to as LE) from new. BUT I think I only want it if it can run JJOS. Does anyone know if JJOS in the most current paid version works for Akai's MPC2500 SE?

Will the display light change from blue to the oldschool-green if I install JJOS? Might sound silly, but I think I read that somewhere.

Cus if it doesn't work with it, I'm gonna get the black MPC1000 which is only half the price of the other.

Coz: are you 100% sure? Are there no major problems? Is the stock SE software essentially the same as the 2500's?

That's why I wanted it confirmed.

And just to be sure, installing JJ OS will not alter the blue colour of the display to the old green?

The color is determined by the screen not the os, you'll be fine.
