true...it is a good thing.......motifs are great....i love it.....i was speaking my piece on how everyone always says negative stuff about the triton.....but i guess itz all in the eyez of the user....myself i say give me any piece of gear and "i'll show you how to do this son"......feel me?....

The Main reason i want the triton is for the fact you can blow out all the presets. The motif has 128 user slots(i wish it had 256 LIKE THE RACK) but there is alot of presets on the motif i wish i could plain old get rid of. I like the triton cause i can make it into the keyboard i want it to be fromscratch. If i dont like something in it i can replace it with a something i create. i can only do that 128 times with the motif but thats not bad also. i just want a lil more room. But i think one must have the funds to get both of them to really understand how each would help one another out.

Now you are in the real world. You have no rules. School helps to show you about quality in short form. But the Triton is no joke. If you know the board you will see that most major platinum hits were created using it than any other board since its conception. And it still has more to offer. The motif is no joke either but the triton is a beast. unless you depend solely on presets.
