saving in file folders pt2

i think i was a little tipsy when i wrote this the first time but the question i was trying to ask is, how can i save my on my harddrive drum programs (ex;kicks,snares,hats)into a file lets say called drums and be able to load the drum file and the kicks will load to drum1 and snares to drum2 and hats to drum 3 and what ever sample file i'm working with would take the last spot drum4 (did that come out right ) and i made this question part 2 because i was also trynna find out how can i save my sequences and programs with out the sounds that i already have loaded on the harddrive being saved again. should i seperate my songs from the other files?
