your favorite sample flip

I have alot of favourites but one i keep coming back to is stress by guilty simpson prod. by Dilla its a flip of a cover of a beatles song by a female keyboardist/composer....i would link you to it but my pc is fuct and im on my mobile at the moment im pretty sure its a cover of a sgt pepper track sorry for the vague response...

this is the best I can offer at the mo couldnt hear or view any audio or video its either wendy carlos or walter carlos' cover of eleanor rigby not the beatles or four tops versions...slim possibility im wrong but i cant be 100% without hearing it...I just remember the name fromprevious "digging" for this source. For the record wendy carlos is crazy with the keys as i recall.

oh man Pete Rock always impresses me to the max!! the whole Petestrumenals inspires me like the one he flipped Minnie Riperton and White gap band and that one beat "A little Soul" was just too much lol.....and if you heard of this producer called "Fat Jon" that guy amazes me....if you take your taste of hip-hop to Japan you'll find a lot of surprisingly dope artists there. Fat Jon is american but signed to a japanese label....hip-hop was always kept real at the land of the rising sun.

oh in my opinion Dilla is just too over rated but that doesn't mean i don't like his ish.

^^^Dilla is famous for a reason, but I liked him better when he was just "my little secret". Now the cats outta the bag and everyone is on dudes decaying nuts.

On the real though, knowing you are dying and killing off 2 full lengths in your hospital room?? Thats the hard work and dedication that makes one not just good at what they do, but the VERY BEST at what they do. Everyone into music should be able to find inspiration in what Dilla did with his life.
