JJ.OS 4.99 Manual, no longer available, please help find cop

I have had my 1000 for a few months now and am trying to learn everything possible about the OS. I currently have jj.os 4.99 and plan to upgrade eventually, but the manual by Stan Steez was removed from his website before I had even purchased the jj.os. If anyone knows where I could find a copy to download, or if there is a way to forward it that would be awesome! If money is an issue, no worries I'll pay
