Prepal.com shows the average MPC60 resale price at $704 (£441), so I'd say someone got reamed.

This just goes to show how adding one of my CF-CARD SCSI card reader drives can increase the value of your sampler. Without my drive in there, he'd of only gotten $700.

Thats the reason why i keep my 3 MPC 3000's - ONE DAY THEY'LL GO UP TO $6000... But i wouldnt sell them anyway. Just open up a room for people to come by and say:" Oh wow, shits expensiv - lets stick to FruityLoops 64 with MPC and SP emulation!" And i b like:"Whatever, man!" :D

Anyway - the Sp1200's are always "overpriced", maybe this is what happens to RogerLinn MPCs too.

I got hold of both 60's in great condition for less than £400 each.

My 3000LE set me back £900 with a external SCSI, manual and a few kits.

The 60II I copped a few months back from Brighton is on MPC Hunter in all it's glory!

My 60 Mk1 has SCSI the 60 mk2 has the memory expansion and a flightcase.

In terms of MPC's, it's the 3000LE's that I consider the best long term investment in financial terms.

Yep, i payed 1200 for that one:)

Money was not the issue, I´ve been searching for a clean one with europower for almost two years. This one had all the additions made this year. Opened her up and all the extras are brand new.

All the cheaper ones are usually treated like dirt, with knobs missing and scratches and all that mess. Trust me, i´ve been looking.

I have totally refurbished my MC60mkII, and allthough that one was bought cheaper, still had to spend a lot to get it fitted with everything. On that one the shipping was almost 150€, this one nothing. And JD, I ordered from you also for that one so give me a break:) Living in Finland, it aint easy.

Yes, I´m a collector, call me stupid for paying but this one was the last one missing from my collection.

So, offer me something good and you know I´ll pay ridiculous amounts of money for it. HEHEHE.

Peace.
