JJOS2XL compatibility with files between 2500 and 1000?

hey,
i have the mpc 2500 se with jjos2xl. today i'm gonna get a 1000, too. are files compatible in this situation?

beat made with 2500 jjos2xl, load, edit etc on the 1000 with jjos2xl?

and reverse

beat made with 1000 jjos2xl, load, edit etc on the 2500 with jjos2xl?

just want the 1000 because i'm on the road with the mpc sometimes and dont want to carry the big 2500 SE with me. i got no casing for the 2500 and dont want to buy one. and dont want to scratch the surface etc on the SE

Do you use more than 4 Individual Outs?
Do you use more than 2 Midi Outs?

If you do, you need to make some slight adjustments. Otherwise, they are interchangeable.
...by the way, it's called JJ OS-XL for 2500, JJ OS2XL for 1000

yeah i know, i was just typing and forgot the different names
got the 1000 here, but i'd have to reinstall an old jjos2xl, because of the track mute feature was gone for some reason.
what i've tested now things working fine
