saving/loading trouble mpc 1000

i am only 24 hours into my mpc 1000. i cannot seem to retrieve any beats that i start. i have tried reading the manual and called Akai and still dont seem to get it. not sure if i am saving or loading incorrectly however when i attempt to load it does shoe sequence 1 has data saved, just cant seem to play...any help would be greatly appreciated

It's quite hard to help you out if you don't explain to us what steps you've already tried... what exactly are you doing?

Have you read the manual (you tried... what does that mean, you couldn't find the right chapters)?

You say sequence1 has data saved but it doesn't play. You cannot simply load a sequence and it'll play sounds, you have to load the program file (.pgm) aswell (including all the sounds/samples).

I tried the steps listed in the manual step by step and just not able to retrieve the info however i tried to load JUST the sequence not the program as well like u said...i will try to load both and let you know how it goes...thanks
