Help

Hey I'm new in this forum
I bought a mpc 2000 xl 2 months ago and i learned how to make beats and all the stuff you have to know about it.
But i have a problem :
How can i export the beats i made to my computer? i have a normal macbook and im new to this so please dont hate

please help me

I haven't bought any soundcard yet should i buy one?

mpc outs go to soundcard. soundcard is plugged into computer via usb or firewire.
hit play on mpc, hit record on DAW.
