i just am. the recent legal whatnots are really sickening me, to the point where i dont want to copyright my shit, or even think about it. just wanna give my shit away, gank what i gank, and be in return ganked.
but when it becomes important to stipulate and pontificate and legalificate, i'm going to go with Creative Commons.

there are other alternatives to copyright, this one in particular is tried and true.
i encourage anyone who feels uncomfortable with the increasingly restrictive rights management schemes, especially electronic musiciand that happen to sample, to look into alternate schemes.
