back in the day before PGM TRIM it took a lot longer...these days it's a breeze. kind of.
one of the coolest things is when you're looping a very short sample and slowly pitch it up or down - the loop length changes as the pitch changes (of course) and it can create an interesting rhythmic contrast to your drums. i discovered this while working on "Forlorn Hope"
