rs-16x eSellerate page won't load

... gets to the Personal Information page and when i go to 'next' to Billing information the loading bar says "loading..." and shows a tiny bit of the buffering bar but does not proceed... any ideas?

... or any alternatives to this software for creating programs on the mac for an MPC 2000XL?
