I'm in love with DJ Shadows drums they sound so big and heavy.

Secondhand Sureshots was a real good short doc. Cool concept of getting beatmakers (J-rocc, Daedulus, Ras G and another I can't remember off hand), giving them $5 to go in a shop and make a beat with those records in a day. They talk about their styles and approaches to beat making and digging. Ras G makes a mean beat (look out for his beat shed) and they have a smoke session together at the end. Seems like the producers have done a good job of keeping it off utube to sell the dvd. but I would recommend seeking out ras g's track if anything, he definitely did that on a 2xl. J-rocc uses a 2500
