on xl for the 2500, pads sounds cutting off randomly

i was trying out the free version before i bought it and i created a sequence of just steady high hats but the sounds are randomly cutting out is there some kind of sensitivity issue cause im seeing the hits go up in the other section just not having any sound sometimes.

any help would be appreciated, this never happened on akai os and i've already messed with the sensitivity seems like when i hit it at max that's when there'll be no sound from a pad.

are you maxing your polyphony? look at your voice meter
is your pad in mono? you might be double triggering it (the 2nd hit will be much softer than the first, thus cutting it off)

all pads are coming through as poly, no way over the polyphony cause even just auditioning the program regularly causes this to happen. update: seemed to happen from a glitch when loading a program which never finished loading correctly. e.g., your left at the do it or cancel screen right after trying to load a program. btw appreciate the youtube vids on jjos.
