Just Bought A 3k For 600.00 $$ steal ...

just bought the 3k .. and it seems pretty basic . i think the only challenge is to get the sounds as far as drum kits in it ... but in the end do you all think 600 is fair for the 3k ..?? i got a scsi also . but i think the power supply on the scsi is out . because the zip will not eject ... but i downloaded the manual for the 3k . and i do not see what all this crazy fuss is about .. about the 3k being a tough machine . we have brains .. its a machine it can be done ... Lazy people... lol but it looks pretttttty azz **** in my room ....

Nice- I'd say that's a good deal, but don't know much about the specs? Ram? OS? etc...

There's a link in the stickie to the service manual also, good to have in case you need it.

3.11 os . max ram /..just a **** headache as far as sequencing ... no wonder people do not make videos . about this machine .. like i said i been playing with it . sampling ... sounds good .. but i rather stay with the 2000 ....a much more friendlier interface ....

how are you having trouble sequencing? it's the same as the 2000 pretty much. Maybe you are having trouble finding some of the settings you need to alter?
