MPC1000 White LCD Screen Looks great!

I just changed up my mpc1000 lcd from the original green one to a white one.

If anyone was thinking of changing to the white one I would totally recommend it. It was really easy to install too. And it looks SO much better.

Sorry for the delay in posting some photos. Man, I never realised how hard it is take a photo of something which is actually a light! I'm no photography expert (obviously) but I took a couple, mainly in the day light, couldn't really take any in the dark cause it just looked like I was taking a photo of a light.

Had my friends MPC over the other day (with the original green screen) and we both agreed the white lcd looks WAY better! If you prefer a much more classic MPC look I would totally get the white lcd, really easy to install too.

I noticed it has a much better viewing angle than the green screen, you could actually read it more clearly at weird angles when you couldn't read the green one at all. Much nicer on the eyes for long periods of time too.

Nice! I've been thinking of getting a white screen for my 2500...

I'm curious though, does the screen really have a slight blueish tint to it, or is it just the photo/my monitor settings/my eyes/whatever?

Do it! It looks great. There's no blue tinge to it at all. ...that's just my awesome photography skills. It's probably most like the first photo.



It's more of a classic MPC colour scheme, like the mpc-forums logo.
