where to find vocal chops and samples?

man you can get vocal cuts from anywhere...movies, (usually i hear older movies, gives the beat that "vintage" sound) also from tv shows, some people use interviews or speeches....sometimes if you've listened to enough records, some artists talk before they sing/perform and you could get that
