Sound forge 7.0

Is ther anybody that uses soundforge 7.0 in sync with there M.P.C. 2000xl
If so how do you sync them up so when you press play on the mpc its triggers the software to accecpt audio input.

I tried but It didn't work.

soundforge is an editing program. i dont really think its a good mulitrack. Just record a whole beat with that. now with like cedit pro or cubase or sonar or ableton live u can mulitrack and sync it up so its perfect.

i had the old soundforge when i first started dumpin beats on cd and i would just record everything one shot.. like binger said its a editing program so its not good for multitrackin but u can still record and export to put it on cd...

yeah then do eq it and maybe add a little compression to the beat as a whole to hooptie master it.
