I've used the EB16 extensively so I know where you're coming from, but I personally believe that the 10 minutes spent tweaking it so it's barely there would be better spent on finding an effect that gives some impact.

My philosophy is that if it is not enhancing the sound and adding something, it is probably just subtracting. A sound has to really miss an effect if you mute it to warrant using it in the first place.

I had the eb16 in my MP and barely used it. I didn't even like it til I heard the presets that pop up when you put it a S-series sampler. I've been meanin to write the settings down and put it back in my MP. If anyone's interested in the presets I can post em up.

Wait...you say that the EB16 has preset fx when you put it in a s2000?? Didn't know that and find it kind of strange.
I'm interested in the presets :)

Ummm... I didn't realize how much info it was before offerin to post up. 50 presets, each containing settings for distortion, eq, modulation, echo, reverb and routing. If someone has any suggestions on a simple way to post all that info, I'm all ears. But I can't post all that in text. I thought about posting program files but those can't be read by MPCs. Any suggestions?

Pictures of the display would be another option. Ok, taking 50 pics and uploading it to photobucket is timeconsuming too.

I don't think it fits the 3000, fits the 3000xl though.

Thats what I ment. Forgot to write xl :)

Actually... it would be 6 pics per preset x 50 presets. I think what I'll end up doin is makin a new thread and post a preset every day or so. That sounds doable.
