memory stick direction

Hi, I put out memory module to see if it was the cause for problems I am having but now I forgot what side was where. Or it doesn't matter?

I assume you mean your RAM, and yes it matters, it will only go in one way

Hi, yes RAM. I think it can go both ways as both sides are identical. The only difference is that one side has the sticker over chipsets.

Check the pins - the RAM will not be the same if it is turned around one way and then the other. Slot in between some of the pins will be in a different place, and one end also has a notch that needs to be put at the right end of the slot as well.

OMG, what an embarrassing question . It was in the middle of the night and I was in a hurry and didn't notice that notch at one end. Thanks anyway for answering the dumbest question of all time guys .
