You can, I personally prefer BM2's chopping, it's very similar to Recycle. Sometimes I just use it as a portable Recycle, because you can save copies of the chops in a separate folder.

If you mean on NanoStudio, Edit/Choose Pad and you'll see a switch called Group. Unfortunately you're limited to 2 pad cutoff groups.

Yeah man, NanoStudio is more stable, already has Core MIDI, got fantastic synths, but BM2 wins on the sampling/pad features. I just checked...whoa, BM2 lets you use 128 (!) exclusive groups.

The next BM2 update is in review right now, and will add Core MIDI, and they say they've worked out the memory/crash issues.
If you've got an iOS device it's really worth it to get Nano and BM2, and then look at things like GarageBand and FL HD.
