They raped you on shipping charges. WOW!!! I do a lot of international shipping, it shouldn't have costed that much. Then again, they are in the business to make money.

Yes, i know :) but im glad i copped it!
im wondering about the tip of mpchunter on page1.. Would this work if you solder 1 good cable to this splitter? In theory it would work though.. But i'd rather use the official cables without playing the handyman namean.

I think it was a reasonable deal for the correct part, which means no chance of mistakes when putting it in and connecting everything.

Plus, it was first suggested that this cable was going to cost $45! :shock:
(That would have sucked)

You don't solder the cable to the adapter, you plug the good cable into this adapter and then the two leads to the devices.
