Long time Elektron user here and had the OT since it came out - you will enjoy using it i'm sure, it really is an amazing piece.
Make sure you have the up to date manual and the most up to date OS - OS1 came out recently with loads more features etc, really expanding its capabilities.

okay for example in video games... some people show what a product came with so others know if theirs is actually complete or not..

Dont it usually say on the box or in paperwork what contents are included and what's optional etc ??...how does styrofoam, plastic bag and a box tell you anything about the company ?? is it good sign if they used glossy paper on the box ?? how about ink tone do dark colors indicate you got yourself a professional piece of equipment or light...never really paid attention to all these signs but I guess I will now, maybe I should make this a determining factor in my next purchases the box it came in

In the box there should be a form to send off to get the new manual sent to you - post it off and Elektron will send out the updated version. The one in the manual is for Pre OS1. The OS changed a fair bit when the new OS came out, the the old manual doesn't reflect the new features correctly.

I was explaining the point of unboxing videos to you since you couldn't wrap your head around why people make them.. and the points I made weren't specific to this video or type of product... since this is your first time even hearing of an unboxing video you dont know what dismisses what...
