I just got an MPC3000 I want to use it as my sequencer and I'm using my laptop as my sound module. I'm only using FL Studio to save all the VSTs I'm using well I'm trying to use multiple VSTs but seems when I use more than one VST it plays them all. How can I program each individual VST to play separate. I don't want all my VSTs playing all the same exact notes you know. If anyone knows how to fix this let me know.

I'm pretty sure FLstudio will not let you do what you want.
You can only trigger 1 thing at a time from an external source .

Find out how to get Fruityloops to receive on 16 midi channels at the same time.

Your issue is not with the MPC3000.

Moved.

The page here explains what the op wants:

It was the second hit I got when doing a Google search. Not sure how Trife831 missed it.

that's been like that for a good while... but to be specific I dont remember..

actually you should do that, right click a bunch of generators to select several and right click the generator button to move it up or down... this seems fairly simply to do.
