help with loading samples

ok so i got my new 5k,hooked it up too my computer and loaded a few folders of samples via usb
autoloaded the samples into programs but there not playing back right ? some of the sounds playback but others sound crazy like there just rumbling or a big explosion? these are same kits i used on my 4k so i dont know y there not playing the same?
the factory kits r playing great (loaded the 808 kit)
what am i doing wrong??

now i just turned on my 5k and its saying
voice engine failed to load!
failed reset handshake #2

try to install/reinstall OS 2.0 maybe help

hey sorry been pretty busy ,anyway i ended up exchanging that b-stock mpc for a brand new one ,not long after that post i started getting a voice engine error message!!,which shut me down completely,i couldnt even get too the main screen so i took it back too the dealer ,they said they were having issues with alot of there b-stock 5k

as far as the sound issues i had from playing back samples i think came from them being 24bit they seem to be working fine now,but i still need to find some kind of converter ,alot of my samples are prob 24 bit since i was using a 4k? the ones im using now were downloadable so i went back and downloaded same kits that i was having problems with but instead of 4k format i used 5k format
