Affirmative bro, I just asked about if someone else deal with them before, not just asking for screens, but for dealing with them in any way, let's say sell or buy (because it looks like they also buy used parts/MPCs) so since I emailed them to the email that they have in there to contact them and I never received and answer so I was like, it is just me or somebody else experienced the same?... reason why I asked about them...

Mosdman, thanks for sharing your experience with us, unfortunately you are the only one who at this point we know deal with them... I would like to hear more experiences before to take any action (let's say maybe buy some used parts) because I need to admit this but they have the best prices in the market right now... If they are a good business I'm pretty sure they already sold several parts to several peeps... so I would like to hear if somebody else deal with them...

I don't want to mention this companies to avoid extend this thread but I need to, I previously ordered from MPCstuff and VSTService several times and both are great with customer service, everytime that I contact them even just asking they answer really fast and in a good manner, also they helped me with my ?? so I would like to expect the same from any other company related to the MPCs...

knowing nothing about any of these companies or dealing with any of them.........Id pick the one who has better customer service and akks da mosst professional. How hard is it to send a fuggin email. granted, it could have gotten lost in cybyer space, but unlikely and if their email is not up-to-date, shame on them..especially if they are an online business - thats how you do business online. plus looking at thier site, it seems like some dude taking apart shit and selling it outa his basement (thats not entirely bad). but dont be fooled by a nice looking site and cheap prices. usually you get what you pay for.

looks to me like all of the pictures are taken on shipping boxes and bubble wrap, i'm not seeing any on beds and blankets

now, i realize that the first picture is of a case, no biggie to be on a blanket. but the second it is more of a concern. now, is that nit-picky??? yes, but since we all have nothing else to go off of what can you do? commit to the risk of loosing money?

no thats not what im saying. my statement still stands. just because you want a good deal doesnt mean you should overlook everything else. anyone can make a half way legitimate looking site and put up cheap prices to atrack customers. just because they're cheaper doesnt mean its a good deal. and yes, alot of times if you cheap out you get what you pay for....doesnt mean that if you pay more you wont get ripped off either - it goes both ways. point is you need to use common sense regardless of the situation.

the fact that this topic exists is enough for me to question that site. and the fact that its an "mpc" site, and no one is on here respectfully resolving everyone's questions, makes me question the site as well.

now i feel like im being to hard on this guy and the site. im not trying to be a dick, and actually, i really dont give a fck. im not ordering pieces for my mpc as of yet. im just offering up some thoughts to the original poster - things i noticed and would have thought about if i was in his situation. sounds like there was already doubt about the site.
