Maybe you should re-read the thread from the beginning? All I told the man was that I would not give a business with shitty customer service my hard earned dough, and that's my perogative. It'd be the same for any business. Would you be so upset if I told him to not shop at wal-mart?

as far as emails being answered i'm not having any issues like that all of my emails have been replied to.

i'm not going to say its not possible because anyone that posts their email address online for anyone to read will probably get picked up by a bot that will spam the shit out of you, that usually goes to the spam folder and random emails could end up in the spam folder too.

so yes i think that is possible but from my experience so far i would not label them as a company that does not reply to your emails

i'm not mad in any way i'm just simply trying to communicate i think its when you put words in writing people can misunderstand things

But you were so adamant that they are sooooooo on top of their email responses that you so far as to call the initial poster, locotes, a LIAR because he posted that they did not email him back....

i did not call him a liar i just asked how can this thread make him make up his mind about anything if there are no facts here, he raised a question and i believe part of it asked if anyone has dealt with this company, so who on this thread has even said that they have dealt with them?
