cool idea, but it seems quite excessive to do all that for nothing more then a tilting screen... if they made it more ergonomic or something... an armrest, or something... maybe made it angled with a separate compartment under the internals for the hard drive.. that could possibly be easy access to remove when you want to do a hard drive clone backup or something.

cool idea yes.........wont be cheap to form that piece however.......perhaps cost could be reduced if the screen case were separate and hinged actually. Forming that as one piece requires sophisticated machinery that might not even be able to form tight lengths etc...etc..

If it was me i would make a JJOS2XL version with extended knobs that can be assigned to (for example) the mixer section.

Nice idea. I hope he/she can pull it off.

If this thing really comes out there is no way i will ever change my mpc. I always liked te portability and jjos. Only downside is no tilt screen.
