yeah, backlight is clean!

i gutted the lcd/backlight from a regular model and slipped it into the le housing.

the old lcd had lines and made noise when you clicked the contrast button.

That's weird cos the OG parts would be like 5/6 years older and seen more use.

yeah, one would think, right? i think the og got busted early in it's life because the backlight is still extremely bright.

when i acquired it, the digital board was shorted so i had to piece out what was still workable. that's where i got the vga output for sale.

But I am trying to install an Internal Card Reader as I type this. Looking for info on line. I have an internal card reader I just pulled from my 2000XL.

After I finish setting up my lab...I will post new pics. I will have it sitting just above my ASR-10.
