Samples cut off

so i have a sample assigned to the pads , and when i begin my seq i play one on one but when i play back my loop my sample is getting cut off i hear it on mute tr help ,please

program set to mono?

if so, set it to poly.

just found as i look back for the answer i hav a manul in front of me must stop asking dumb ? thanks
